Getting started:
Intro call, 20 minutes — no charge
Initial consultation, 90 minutes — $775
Extended initial consultation, 120 minutes — $975
If you are on multiple medications, have a history of hospitalizations, or you have had a difficult withdrawal from psychiatric medication previously, 120 minutes may be the best fit. If you are unsure about which time to choose, we can discuss during the intro call.
Follow-up appointments:
Regular follow-up appointment, 45 minutes — $525
*Interim follow-up appointment, 25 minutes — $350 (for established patients who have had a full 45-minute appointment in the past 30 days only).
Also available:
Consultation for prescribing clinicians, 60 minutes — $650
Baseline lab panel — $125
A note on insurance:
If you have out-of-network benefits I can give you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance. I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company. The best way to figure out what they cover is to give them a call. The most common billing codes I use are 99205 (intake), 99215 and 99213 (follow ups). My office zip code is 90026.
What to expect if you are tapering (the basics)
Intake — $775 (90 min) or $975 (120 min)
Labs — $125 for foundational panel cash-pay or run through insurance
Early months + active tapering — every two to four weeks, $525 to $1,050 a month
Holds and plateaus — every six to eight weeks, about $525 every other month
After the last dose — every one to three months, at minimum $525 once every three months
